I've been thinking a lot about how to change habits, in myself and horses, and if you're interested there are some thoughts in this post.
Have an excellent late-January day!

Winter is proving quite fickle this year. We're having a bout of nice weather here again, with rain predicted for tomorrow and Monday.
ReplyDeleteHere's hoping your warmer trend gets rid of the ice under your snow--and the snow too for a while. It would be nice for you to have some decent footing for a bit.
It is such a relief to have a bit of good weather this time of year.
Changing habits is a challenge. I find myself always battling that. But I know I can do it with first, an analysis of why, and then a remedial program. I'll look over your thoughts and comment.
I guess it would be mean of me to tell you it was 65 and gorgeous here today. :) To make you feel better rain is coming tonight.
ReplyDeleteYea...weather! Ugg.
ReplyDeleteI truly enjoyed your post on changing habits.
